Busan Medical Aesthetics Recommendations: PTT Appointments | Reviews of Floria, Jryn, and Gray’s – The procedures performed by the director in-person, as well as information on dermatological treatment costs and appointment processes.

Busan Medical Aesthetics Recommendations
Schematic diagram, for reference only

I recently browsed through the PTT South Korea version and noticed that a huge number of people were asking about medical beauty treatments in Busan, especially those provided by Floria, Jryn, and Gray’s. These three services seemed to be getting an extremely high amount of attention! I have personally visited all three of them, so today I would like to share my real experiences with you all, in the hope of helping those of you who are currently researching these options avoid making any mistakes 😊

🔍 Highly recommended by PTT netizens! Why is Floria Dermatology getting so much attention?

To be honest, I too was persuaded by PTT to go there. Floria is located near the Seomyeon station in Busan, so the transportation is extremely convenient. As soon as you enter the place, you can immediately feel that the decoration is of high quality – it doesn’t have that cold, hospital-like atmosphere. The fact that the director personally provides consultations really adds a lot of value; it’s definitely not just some random consultant dealing with you 💯

I chose the InMode lipolysis combined with Pico laser treatment. The director carefully examined my facial features and suggested that I consider enhancing my chin and cheeks further. In terms of prices, the InMode treatment starts from around 300,000 Korean won (about NT$7,000), while the Pico laser treatment costs approximately 150,000 Korean won (around NT$3,500) – which is nearly 30% cheaper than the rates in Seoul’s Gangnam district. The cost-performance ratio is truly outstanding 😍

What surprised me the most was the post-operative care. The nurses provided me with ice packs and recovery cream, and a Chinese-speaking staff member was always available to assist me, so I didn’t have to worry about language barriers at all. After returning to Taiwan, I also kept in touch with them through WeChat on the account s-sourire; I could ask any questions at any time, and this kind of after-sales service really gave me a sense of peace of mind.

💉 Practical test from Jryn Dermatology: The techniques performed by the director himself were indeed subpar.

Jryn is also a very popular Dermatology clinic in Busan. The reason I chose it back then was that I read many articles on Dcard stating that the director personally performed the treatments. This is really crucial! In some clinics, nurses perform the injections, and the results are significantly inferior 🔥

I went to Jryn to receive the Potenza microneedling treatment combined with Rejuran Healer. The director’s technique was truly different from what I had experienced before – during the procedure, she constantly checked on my level of pain and adjusted the intensity accordingly. The cost of Potenza starts at 250,000 Korean won (about NT$5,800), while Rejuran costs 200,000 Korean won (about NT$4,700). There is a discount when the two treatments are combined, so the total cost is approximately 400,000 Korean won (around NT$9,400).

In terms of results, around the 5th day after using Potenza, I noticed that my Pores had become smaller, and my skin felt smooth to the touch. The moisturizing effect of Rejuran was even more noticeable; I originally have extremely dry skin, but after using it for a week, my foundation no longer clung to my skin✨

I would like to remind everyone that it is necessary to book appointments with Jryn in advance. Last time, I booked two weeks in advance; during the peak season, it might be even necessary to book even earlier. You can make reservations on WeChat by contacting s-sourire, and they respond very quickly.

🌟 Gray’s Clinic – the pinnacle of medical aesthetics in Busan, in my eyes!

If Floria is considered the king of cost-performance ratios, then Gray’s is undoubtedly the pinnacle of quality and ambiance. The environment is truly stunning – just a 3-minute walk from the Busan Seomyeon station, and once you enter, you immediately feel like you’re in a high-end spa 🏆

I had HIFU and Thermage FLX at Gray’s – both of which are very popular anti-aging treatments. The director was very honest during the consultation and told me that I actually didn’t need a full-face treatment; just local areas would be sufficient. Such an approach that avoids forced sales really impressed me 👍

For reference, the prices start at 350,000 Korean won for Hifu (approximately NT$8,200), and 1.2 million Korean won for Thermage FLX full-face treatment (about NT$28,000). At first glance, these prices may seem high, but compared to Seoul, they are actually 20–30% cheaper. Moreover, Gray’s uses the American version of Thermage FLX – not any counterfeit product!

During the Hifu treatment, there is a slight sensation of soreness and swelling, but the director constantly checks to ensure that the patient is comfortable. On the day of the treatment, my face turned a bit red, but the redness disappeared the next day. The effects are most noticeable around 2 to 3 months after the treatment. I have had the treatment for almost three months now, and I can definitely feel that my jawline has become firmer 💪

Overall, Floria offers the most affordable prices, Jryn is in the middle range, but its director has an excellent reputation for technical expertise; Gray’s is on the higher end, but its facilities and service are first-class. All three clinics are operated by directors in person, so the quality of services is guaranteed 💰

⚠️ Busan Guide to Avoiding Common Mistakes in the Medical Aesthetics Industry! I’ve already stepped on these pitfalls for you.

Having visited this place so many times, there are indeed some pitfalls that I really need to remind everyone about:

1️⃣ Don’t just focus on the price: Some clinics may have very low prices, but they use Korean-made equipment instead of American-made ones, which results in significantly inferior outcomes. The three clinics mentioned above all use genuine products, so you can rest assured 😌

2️⃣ During the peak seasons, it is essential to book appointments in advance: The peak seasons are from March to May and from September to November; therefore, it is recommended to book at least 2–3 weeks in advance. If you try to book last-minute, there is a high chance that you won’t be able to see the chief physician and will have to be treated by a regular doctor instead.

3️⃣ Post-treatment care is even more important than you might think: After undergoing any laser treatment, it’s essential to protect your skin from the sun! The first time I had a Pico treatment, I didn’t take proper sun protection measures, and as a result, my skin got darker. But I learned my lesson afterwards 💔

4️⃣ Attention to exchange rate fluctuations: The above prices are calculated based on the exchange rate in April 2026 (1 Korean won ≈ 0.023 Taiwanese dollars); actual amounts may vary due to fluctuations. It is recommended to verify the rates again before departure.

5️⃣ Recommended reservation method: Reserving through WeChat’s s-sourire is the most convenient option. You will receive immediate responses from Chinese-speaking customer service, and you can also read real reviews from other people – which is much more convenient than making phone calls yourself.

🗺️ Transportation information for the three clinics and recommendations for nearby areas

All three are located near the Busan Seomyeon station, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk from there. The Busan Seomyeon station is one of the most bustling shopping areas in Busan, so after your cosmetic procedure, you can go shopping and enjoy some delicious food 🛍️

Floria: Walk for 2 minutes from Exit 7 of Seomyeon Station; Lotte Department Store is right next to it, so you can go shopping there after your treatment.

Jryn: Walk for 3 minutes from Exit 5 of Seomyeon Station. There are many cafes in the vicinity, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee after the treatment when the redness subsides.

Gray’s: Walk for 3 minutes from Exit 3 of Seomyeon Station, and you will find Olive Young right across the street – all the post-treatment care products you need are available there.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

🤔 Q: Is medical beauty treatment really cheaper in Busan than in Seoul?
✅ A:

Based on my personal comparisons, the same treatments are approximately 20-30% cheaper in Busan. However, there are more options available in Seoul, and for certain specialized treatments, it might still be better to seek them out in Seoul. For general Dermatology treatments, the cost-performance ratio in Busan is truly very good 👍

😤 Q: What if I don’t know Korean?
✅ A: All three

services offer Chinese translation, so there’s no need to worry at all. Just indicate in your reservation that you require Chinese-speaking staff.

🤷 Q: How soon after the treatment can I fly?
✅ A: Generally, for

laser treatments, it’s fine to fly 1-2 days after the procedure. For Hifu and Thermage treatments, it is recommended to wait 3 days before flying to avoid the effects of dry air in the cabin on the recovery process.

💳 Q: Is it possible to undergo two treatments on the same day?
✅ A: It dep

ends on the combination of treatments. It is recommended to clarify this during the consultation. Last time, I had InMode+ Pico treatment on the same day, and it was completely fine. However, the doctor suggested that Hifu+ Thermage treatments be done on separate days.
