On the day of the in-person consultation, the director personally examined each patient one by one, rather than having the department head conduct the initial assessment before referring the cases on. He would touch your bones and muscle patterns with his hands, and use a dermoscope and an elasticity detector as well. The entire consultation took about 15 to 20 minutes, and he patiently answered all my questions.
