💬 My real experience with JEWELRY plastic surgery
First consultation (2 months before the procedure)
I made an appointment through BeautsGO and arrived on the scheduled day. First, I filled out a basic information form, and then waited for about 20 minutes. A nurse then took me for pre-treatment photos, including frontal, side views, and 45-degree angles, as well as a computerized tomography (CT) scan.
Next was a one-on-one consultation with Director Park. I originally only wanted to have Double eyelid surgery, but Director Park suggested that I also have canthoplasty at the same time, as this would make my eyes look more expressive. He also pointed out that my nose had a slight hump and recommended that it be adjusted together. The entire consultation took about 40 minutes. He patiently answered all my questions and even used a computer to show me the expected results after the surgery.
On the day of the surgery
The surgery was scheduled for 9 a.m., so I arrived 30 minutes in advance. The nurse reviewed the details of the procedure and the precautions with me again, and then helped me change into the surgical gown. Once I was in the operating room, the anesthesiologist administered general anesthesia to me, and about 30 seconds later, I fell asleep.
When I woke up, I was already in the recovery room. It was 2 p.m., and the surgery had lasted for approximately 4 hours. My face was wrapped in bandages, and my nose was stuffed with gauze; it felt a bit swollen, but it didn’t hurt. The nurse applied ice packs and gave me painkillers. After observing me for 2 hours and confirming that there were no abnormalities, she allowed me to return to the hotel to rest.
Complete record of the recovery period
Days 1–3 after the procedure: This is the period when the swelling is at its worst; it’s almost impossible to open your eyes, and breathing through the nose can be difficult. During these days, you should rest in the hotel, take your medications on time, and apply ice packs as prescribed.
On days 4 to 7 after the procedure: The swelling begins to subside, and the stitches around the eyes are removed on day 7. The bandages covering the nose are also taken off on day 5, allowing you to breathe normally again!
2nd to 4th week after the procedure: The bruises gradually subside, and it is now safe to wear makeup and go out. However, the nose still feels a bit stiff, so it is advisable not to touch it too forcefully.
2–3 months after the procedure: The current results! The swelling has almost completely subsided, the lines of the Double eyelid surgery are very natural, and my nose also looks straighter. My friends all say I look prettier, but they can’t tell what surgery I had – exactly the effect I wanted!

💡 Consider the advice from JEWELRY’s sister companies
1. It is essential to consult multiple clinics before making a decision: Do not settle on just one option; it is recommended to consult at least 2-3 different clinics.
2. Prepare a list of questions: Write down everything you want to ask during the consultation to avoid forgetting anything.
3. Allow sufficient time for recovery: It is recommended to stay in Seoul for at least 7–10 days to ensure that the stitches are removed and you can begin your recovery process.
4. Postoperative care is very important: Following the doctor’s instructions and taking medications on time, applying ice packs, and attending follow-up appointments will lead to better results.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at JEWELRY! Although the cost is not low, the skills of the doctors and the results after the procedure made it worth it. If you are also considering plastic surgery in South Korea, JEWELRY is definitely an option worth considering 👍
