💬 My Real Experience at Juellie Plastic Surgery
First Consultation (2 months before surgery)
I made my appointment through BeautsGO. Upon arrival, I filled out some basic information forms and then waited for about 20 minutes. A nurse took me to take pre-surgery photos, including frontal, side, and 45-degree angles, as well as a CT scan.
Next, I had a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Park. Initially, I only wanted double eyelid surgery, but he suggested adding canthoplasty to make my eyes look more expressive. He also noted that my nose had a slight hump and recommended adjusting it as well. The entire consultation lasted about 40 minutes, and he patiently answered all my questions and showed me computer simulations of the results.
Surgery Day
The surgery was scheduled for 9 AM, and I arrived 30 minutes early. The nurse reviewed the details of the procedure and helped me change into the surgical gown. Once in the operating room, the anesthesiologist administered general anesthesia, and I fell asleep within about 30 seconds.
When I woke up, I was in the recovery room at around 2 PM. The surgery had taken approximately 4 hours. My face was covered in bandages, and my nose had gauze in it; it felt a bit swollen but didn’t hurt. The nurse applied ice packs and gave me pain medication. After observing me for 2 hours and confirming there were no issues, she allowed me to return to my hotel to rest.
Complete Recovery Process
Days 1–3 after surgery: The swelling was at its worst; it was difficult to open my eyes, and breathing through my nose was a bit uncomfortable. I spent most of these days resting in the hotel, taking my medications on time, and applying ice packs.
Days 4–7 after surgery: The swelling began to subside, and the stitches on my eyes were removed on the 7th day. The gauze from my nose was also taken off on the 5th day, and I could finally breathe normally!
Weeks 2–4 after surgery"> The bruises gradually faded, and I was able to wear makeup and go out. However, my nose still felt a bit stiff, so I was careful not to touch it too much.
2–3 months after surgery: The swelling has almost completely gone away. The lines of my double eyelids look natural, and my nose is more straight. My friends all say I look better, but no one can tell I had any surgery—exactly what I wanted!
