官網直接預約是最正統的方式，但老實說流程對不懂韓文的人不太友善。我把每個步驟都截圖研究過，以下是中文說明版：
- Step 1: Visit the Wooa official website and locate the “예약” option in the top navigation bar. Click on it to proceed.
- Step 2: The page will display a list of available treatments, each with both Korean and English names. Simply select the treatment you wish to undergo.
- Step 3: Select the desired date and time. Colored cells indicate that the slot is available, while gray cells mean it is already booked.
- Step 4: Fill in your personal information. For the Name field, enter your passport English name; for the Phone field, use a Taiwanese phone number starting with +886 (or a Hong Kong number starting with +852); for the Email field, enter your most commonly used email address.
- Step 5: In the remarks section (Memo/Notes), write in English, “I’m from Taiwan and can communicate in English/WeChat.” This way, they will know that you prefer to communicate in English or via WeChat.
- Step 6: Usually, you will receive a confirmation letter within 24 to 48 hours after sending it. The letter is in Korean, but it follows a standard format, so you can understand it by checking the date and time mentioned in it.
官網預約的最大缺點是等待時間長，而且如果有特殊問題想追問，很難即時得到回覆。我通常用官網做初步預約，再用微信或 BeautsGO 跟進確認細節。

搞清楚韓國wooa皮膚科有微信客服之後，我直接加了微信，問了價格、問了院長排班、問了我想做的兩個療程能不能同一天做，客服一小時內全部回覆了，還幫我查了那週哪幾個時段有空位，直接把選項發給我讓我選。這種效率是官網完全比不上的。

預約成功後不是就可以忘掉這件事了，還有幾個步驟：
- Save screenshots of confirmation messages: Whether it’s a WeChat message, a confirmation email from BeautsGO, or an official website notification, make sure to save screenshots of them. In case you can’t find your reservation record at the venue, you can use these screenshots to verify your information.
- Preoperative preparations: It is necessary to stop using lasers and A acids for one week. For injectable treatments, avoid medications that thin the blood. Please follow the instructions provided by the customer service according to your scheduled treatment plan.
- One day before the procedure: Send a message to the WeChat customer service or BeautsGO to confirm again. Sometimes, the clinic director might have last-minute changes, so confirming in advance can prevent you from making a unnecessary trip.
- Transportation planning: If taking the subway, make sure you know the station name in advance. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, as the clinic may require you to fill out some forms.

My actual schedule for appointments (from D-21 to D-Day)
D-21：加微信客服諮詢，問了皮秒和 PDRN 水光針能不能同一天做，以及那週哪些時段有空。
D-19：客服回覆說可以同一天做，但建議先做皮秒再做水光針，效果更好。確定了日期時間，預約完成。
D-14：客服主動提醒術前注意事項，說皮秒前一週要停用 A 酸和果酸，還提醒術前洗完臉不要塗任何保養品去診所。
D-7：停用 A 酸，開始加強防曬（雷射前皮膚不能曬太多）。
D-1：發訊息給客服確認預約，回覆說一切正常，還傳了診所地址的 Google Maps 連結給我，這個我很感謝。
D-Day：提早 20 分鐘到，填了一份過敏和用藥史的表格（中英文版），等了 10 分鐘後被叫進去，整個流程很順。預約的時候問清楚了，到了現場完全沒有意外。
