Last month, while I was on vacation in Jeju Island, I finally got the chance to visit the highly recommended 4ever for cosmetic treatments! In this post, I’ll share my real experience without holding back anything – including both the pros and cons – so it can help those considering going there.
Why Choose 4ever?
Before going, I did a lot of research on platforms like REDnote, Dcard, and PTT. There aren’t as many cosmetic clinics in Jeju as in Seoul, but the quality varies greatly; some are clearly just tourist-oriented, high-volume facilities.
I chose 4ever for several reasons:
- Its online reviews were generally positive, especially from customers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- It emphasizes that the treatment is performed by the director himself, not just by a consultant who then hands it over to a nurse.
- It’s located in the Yeon-dong area, which is easily accessible, and you can even go shopping after the treatment.
- The prices are cheaper than in Seoul, and the facilities and equipment look very modern.

Actual Experience of the Clinic
As soon as I entered the clinic, I was impressed by its simple yet elegant decor, dominated by white tones – nothing cold or impersonal about it at all.
Lobby area: There were comfortable sofas, magazines, and a drink bar, so you wouldn’t get bored while waiting. The walls were adorned with certificates and information about the director’s qualifications, which gave it a very professional vibe.
Consultation room: A private space with excellent privacy. It was equipped with professional skin analysis instruments, and the director used them to assess my skin type.
Treatment room: A private, one-on-one space with clean beds and brand-new equipment. I noticed that the nurses always ensured proper sterilization before starting the procedures.
The Director’s Consultation
The person who consulted me was the director himself – he’s Korean, but we communicated perfectly in English. The consultation took about 40 minutes, which was longer than I expected.
Consultation process:
- He first asked about my goals and the issues I wanted to address.
- Then he used instruments to analyze my skin’s condition, including moisture level, elasticity, pores, and pigmentation.
- Based on the results, he identified my specific skin problems.
- He recommended the most suitable treatment plan for me – not necessarily the most expensive one, but the one that would work best for my needs.
- He explained in detail how the treatment worked, what the results would be, and the recovery time.
- Finally, he gave me the price estimate and arranged the treatment schedule.
What impressed me the most was that, despite my initial preference for a certain treatment, the director advised against it and suggested another, cheaper option instead. Such honesty really reassured me – they weren’t just trying to make a sale.

Sharing My Treatment Experience
This time, I had two treatments: basic skin care and Botox for facial slimming.
Skincare treatment: The whole process took about an hour and included steps like makeup removal, cleansing, exfoliation, essence application, and a mask. The nurse was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. All the products used were high-quality Korean brands with pleasant scents.
Botox for facial slimming: The director personally administered the injections. He first measured the size of my masseter muscles and marked the injection sites. Since numbing cream was applied beforehand, it didn’t hurt much – only a slight stinging sensation. The procedure took around 15 minutes, and after that, my face was cooled briefly.
Post-Treatment Recovery and Results
On the same day: My skin was slightly red, but there was no swelling. The injection sites looked like small pinpricks, but they were barely noticeable.
On the 3rd day:
On the 7th day: My skin was stable, and makeup applied smoothly. I could already feel my face looking smaller, and my masseter muscles had softened. On the 14th day: The effects of the Botox were clear – my face had a more defined V-shaped contour, and the lines looked smoother. My friends said I looked much more energized. On the 30th day: The results remained stable; my skin looked great, and the V-shaped shape of my face persisted. From the reservation process to the after-treatment care, every aspect showed professionalism and attention to detail. Although the prices aren’t the lowest, considering the personal attention from the director and the quality of service, I think the value for money is excellent.
