I finally made it to The First Medical Spa located on the west side of Busan this weekend and wanted to share my real experience. This clinic is a hidden gem recommended by locals in Busan, and after experiencing it myself, there are indeed a few things I want to highlight.
📍 Basic Information about The First Medical Spa
Address: Seomyeon-ro, Busan City Center
Transportation: About 3 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Seomyeon Station on the subway
Features: Recommended by locals / Comfortable environment / Reliable technology / Great value for money
Main Services: Picosecond laser treatment, hyaluronic acid injections, Botox, skin care
🚇 How to Get There
The First Medical Spa is located in the bustling Seomyeon area of Busan, making it very convenient to access:
- Subway: Take Line 1 or Line 2 to "Seomyeon Station" and exit at Exit 2, then walk for about 3 minutes
- Bus: Multiple buses serve the Seomyeon area
- Taxi: Just provide the Korean address "Seomyeon-ro" to the driver
I recommend using Naver Maps; simply type "The First Medical Spa" to find the exact location.
🏥 Environment and Service Experience
>The First Medical Spa is located on a certain floor of a building, and the signs are easily visible upon exiting the elevator. The waiting area is cozy and well-decorated, with free drinks and magazines available. Since appointments are required, the flow of customers is well-managed, so you won’t experience any overcrowding.
Appointments for Chinese-language services must be made in advance; it is recommended to arrange them through WeChat or BeautsGO. The director is very friendly and will carefully assess your skin condition during the consultation, without pushing unnecessary treatments on you.
💉 Treatment Experience
>For this experience, I opted for the basic hyaluronic acid injection treatment. The process went as follows:
- Step 1: Fill out basic information and allergy history
- Step 2: Chinese-speaking staff assisted with the consultation; the director evaluated my skin
- Step 3: Confirm the treatment plan and price
- Step 4: Receive the treatment (about 30 minutes)
- Step 5: > Receive post-treatment instructions and a care pack
The director was very skilled and checked on my comfort throughout the procedure. After the treatment, detailed care instructions and a recovery mask were provided.
